For the past 12 years, I have been accompanying amazing humans on their incredible journeys. My work is rooted in psychology and research, and I combine evidence-based practices, clear strategies, and tools with an empathic, authentic attitude. I am originally from Romania, Transylvania (you know, the place with all the vampires), and now live on a farm surrounded by llamas, alpacas, dogs, cats, and the stillness of breathtaking nature.
