Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of incorporating a company here and going through the joys(!) of the investment license application, and before I sign everything off I'll need to have docs/contracts reviewed by a lawyer.

Specifically, as I am opening a Higher Education College for British undergraduate qualifications, I'd like to speak with a lawyer who can clarify the relevant planning/zoning requirements on a building, and also review the lease agreement.

I have spoken with a couple of law firms here, and it would be a great help if anyone can advise of lawyers they've had a good (or bad) experience with, and even point me in the direction of a law firm worth speaking with.
