i have been to UB and will be visiting again in july 2019 but somehow i have seen that mongolians are a bit resistant in talking to outsider though it may be because of language or whatever yet i feel that inspite of they giving a warm look, they tend to shy away.

Or may be i havent seen the culture more since i visit mostly for business purpose.

so would like to learn more about it.
