Hello everyone

I am currently working on S Pass. I have recently received an offer from another company. Since the do not have an S Pass quota, they have applied for an EP. There is a substantial salary hike, but it is also a senior position. They have also interviewed a few locals for the same position and put an advertisement on careerfuture.

My concern is does MOM object or reject EP applications in such a situation on the group of salary hike. The application has cleared the compass criteria of 40 points. Also, the company does not have any other EP holders at the time being.
