A Good Suit (dry)Cleaner?

Wild_1

Hi Gang,

I am trying to get my favorite suit drycleaned.  Unfortunately, I have been less-than-impressed with the works of those in Can Tho.  Can any of you recommend me one in Saigon?

Thanks in advance,
Howie

Oh no! Not another suit wearing-fool in the tropics. I think it's time you re-evaluate your approach or yourself, in general. Things should never get that complicated! :)

Hey Fonzy,

Do I look like the type that would have to wear a suit, or to impersonate someone to impress???

I brought the thing in for a dear friend's wedding.  Now, I need to get it cleaned, before putting it away.  Yes, I am the type that knows how to tie his own ties, when to wear his suits, and cleans them after every occasion...

In impersonate Fonzy, I reckon that you tie your ties like the tie your shoe laces, the only suit that you own is a birthday suit, and you clean it once every blue moon?

Learn to read between the lines a little, man.  If I were a suit-wearing-fool-here, I would not have had to ask about where to get mine cleaned.

Anatta

......so, I see the chicks down in Can Tho did not impress you much cleaning your birthday, sorry, slip my tongue there, favorite suit so you are now putting an ad wanting to do it up here hoping to get more, how should I put it, satisfaction??

Budman1

Pink suit and a multi colored benny cap and you wonder why they didn't do a good job.

Anatta

..and a lousy tipster to boot.

Wild_1 on the serious side I've been looking for a dry cleaner myself in Can Tho. I've got some dress pants that need dry cleaning and a few shirts that need to get cleaned and heavy starch. Can I have the address for the one you used. I'd like to give them a try.

Rick,

I haven't found one yet.  But, I think I will take mine to the one recommended by Nexus.  Their equipments and site presentation looked good.  I will pay them a visit in a few days.  They might charge a little more, but you don't want to give your shirts and suits to the wrong hands, like those of Anatta.  You will end up looking like him, see avatar.

Yes it looks like it's a good place but I was looking for some place local. I normally have my laundry done when I stay at the REX when I'm in Saigon, but I forgot to bring them with when we were up there looking at the dang flowers a few weeks ago.

Whatever you do, do not use Frenclean in Thao Dien.  They are without a doubt the worse dry cleaner/laundry I have come across here. Use Cosmo.

My only suit is my bday suit too...:unsure

She acts stupid on this forum but in real life she is very smart.  I have no idea why...maybe dumb girls attract guys better?
