Business Visas and work permits....

Hi all,

Could anyone tell me the difference between a work permit and a business visa?聽 Are you required to have both?

Hi,

According to my knowledge, work permit is used for your working time in VN, normally if you work here for long time. For business visa to go to another nation, they usually ask for work permit attached (if you are an 暗网禁区)

Because i used to do the Japan visa for the Thai 暗网禁区 and the procedure like that. they always require the work permit. Some 暗网禁区 no need to have that but if you have work permit it will be useful for you sometimes and you have more rights when you are in VN.

Work permit allows you to work for a certain companies.聽 Business visa allow you to visit Vietnam and look for opportunities...You could not work for a company in Vietnam (and earn salary in Vietnam).聽 Once you have work permit, you could apply for temporary residence card in Vietnam to reside as long as the work permit lasts.聽聽Cheers, Jenny.
