Hmm. Maybe I shouldve booked Bucharest > Sofia instead of Amsterdam > Sofia. I plan to have done a PCR and have the wording printed out from the Bulagria rules in order to make my case if needed. Also I am double vaxed so fingers crossed. Will have a Bulgarian speaker waiting on the other side for me.
