Anyone taking the ferry to come back to the UK before xmas and NY?

Guest8297

Hi all, I would like to take the ferry with my dog to come back to the UK after Xmas. Unfortunately, Brittany Ferries do not accept foot passengers with dogs. Would anyone be interested in adding us to their booking in exchange for a generous contribution to your travel costs? I would hopefully be able to book one of the pet-friendly cabins on board, which means we would only need to charge your car to embark/disembark. Many thanks, Tifenn

The dangers outweigh any potential gain.

If the dog has any issues, it's in your car so you might well be seen as responsible to some extent.

The same goes for any passengers. If they have any items customs would be interested in, they are in your car.

I very strongly recommend not taking up this offer.
