doctors, particularly in Budapest, speak English but in other parts of Hungary you may need a interpreter . Doctors and hospitals usually expect immediate cash payment for
health services.

If you make a contract and pay TB what was (last time when I checked) about 200FT/day you got free healt care.
Of course doctors expect bribe if you want to get better sevice.
