What proof should I bring for accommodation ?

beckypatel

Hello everyone,

My name is Becky and I currently live in Los Angeles but am applying for a visa to study for 6 months in Milano. I am having sooooo much trouble getting a second appointment at the consulate as the first appointment did not go well. The person helping me with my application told me that my letter proving accommodation was not sufficient and that I needed a contract registered with the Agenzia dell'Entrate. It turns out that is not correct, as you need a visa before you can have a contract recorded with the Agenzia dell'Entrate. So now I am quite confused about what proof I should bring for accommodation. Any help here from Americans living in Italy or having experience with this is greatly appreciated!

Thanks and have a great week.

Becky
