How to get Carta Di Identit脿 [Milano]

Hello friends,
聽聽I need to get SPID for which I would need "Carta di Identit脿". However I am unable to book an appointment in comune website.
Any guidance about if you know any service who can make "Carta di Identit脿" will be of great help.

Hi it is possible to get the Spid if you get the tessera sanitaria, otherwise not.
I'm a chartered accountant authorised to issue the spid.

Greetings !! Hope you are doing good.

I am a Masters student in Politecnico Di Milano and I had already paid the fees for "tessera sanitaria" in Post Office for current year. My problem is that I want to have physical card of "tessera sanitaria" but my "permesso di soggiorno" is expired. However, I had already submitted my documents for renewal of my permesso.

So am I eligible to get physical card of "tessera sanitaria" currently ?

I am asking this since I also want to apply for Carta di identita.
