Hi my employer apply my salary update in sio.

but below mail got from sio:

this is confirmation of earning of rejected of earning adjusment for insuree at sio the contibution of this transaction will affect the monthly contribution invioce starting 03/2025 bahrain

could you explain why it is coming?
