Hi Jackpearl,
1-it is a developed area but there is no nearby shopping mall -one is still under construction-, there is a coffee shop-burger queen-pizza restaurant closeby,
2-yes,roads are good and no big issue
3-what do you mean?renting a house?or utility bills?or general living cost?
4-there is a market inside where you can find most of the things but alchohol :) though here is not that far to ainkawa where you can easily find any spirit you want and even few bars.
There are taxis waiting outside of the village so going out and in is not too bad,
hope these infos will help a little bit,

hi again, for number 3..there is a real estate agency in here..you may call them and ask the prices both for here and italian village which is next to it.their number is 0750 731 35 31..please write down the outcome so that it may help people later on about the price range..

:) yeah this place is fine though there are generally foreigners and many of the villas are in use as office,so at night it is freakingly quite place frankly :) i will take some pics and add tomorrow...
main living cost is the house rental..taxis are cheap, they go any part of the city for less than 5 dollars...in a good restaurant meal will be around 20 dollars, without alcohol..in shopping malls you can get for 10 dollars a meal...and the rest will totally depend on your drinking habbit :) a gym in noble hotel -which claims to be 5 star- they have a pool and massage too, monthly subsciption is 100 dollars excluding massage of course...which is reasonable..
