How about mansaf? I don't have a good recipe for this - so much meat it makes me feel like a tiger whenever I see it served, - but it is a tasty dish.

Maklouba is to ordinairy for a crhistmas dinner and Kate knows me very well
that I don't like mansef.
I know to prepare it, but I don't serve dishes that I don't like.
It is a pity that many people read my post and nobody, exept you, answered it.
I know, there are many many lovely Jordanian recipes or suggestions but it seems they don't want to share.
