Visiting Salalah

qhseexpertdxb

Hi,
During Eid holidays myself and few family friends are planning to visit Salalah. We all are Indians and working in different Dubai based companies. Can anyone help us to know who will be eligible to obtain visa approval from the list given below hence we heard there are restrictions for certain designations.
1. Accountant
2. Engineer
3. Sales Executive
4. Customer Service Representative
5. Sales Supervisor
6. Operations Manager
7. Archives Clerk
8. Cars Spare Parts Warehouse-man
From the above listed only (7) and (8) may travel without family.
Thanks in advance

Hi qhseexpertdxb,

Actually you guys should find out about this at your (UAE) border crossing. If you are allowed to cross the border, then Oman will not have any issues in providing you with the required permissions.

Oman authorities have certain restrictions on who can and cannot cross their border depending on the °µÍø½ûÇøriate's resident status.

When we cross over to the UAE, the hurdle is at the Oman crossing and not at the UAE entry point.

Hi Sumitran,

In fact, we wanted to avoid such situations  like some one from the group will not be allowed to cross the border at the time of travel. Somehow, if we could get a confirmation in advance that will be helpful to limit the journey for the only people who can travel without any hurdles in the mid of a trip.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi,
How can I get a 2-4 BR Villa for 3 days (22/09 - 24/09) stay at Salalah? How much will be the cost for a decent one? Is it possible to get some contacts?
