Can i go for another establisher after accepting the contract within 10 days of time in qiwa?

Status is pending for nitice period time of 90 days, so can i go back and reject the contract so that i can go for another contract in qiwa?

Whatever u accept u have to face 90 days pending problem. Tell ur kofil slove this problem.

If ur iqama is expire or u havent sign any contract with your sponsorship then u can go any establishment.

Regarding your inquiry about the notice period, please note that the notice period is 90 days from the date of the employees acceptance of the transfer request, and the transfer takes place without a notice period in the following cases:
1- The employee's residence has expired
2- The employees work permit has expired
3- The existence of a malicious communication at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development


Note that the current employer can reduce the notice period by following the following steps:
1- Login to the Qiwa platform after receiving the service transfer request notification
2-Choose a service transfer service
3-Choose the received orders
4- Choosing to modify the end date of the contractual period to a shorter period.

No he does not need approval after 90days period is finished. The only challenge is "final exit" and "Huroob(Absent from work aka Runaway)"

What do you mean by this. They can give employee exit visa after 90 days notice period. Even there is transfer request and notice period?
