My wife is currently in housewife visa in UAE, got a job as Assistant Teacher for KG1 class in a school. She is having Hepatitis b as positive.

Can she work? Under husband sponsor?

Generally, yes.聽 Husband needs to give permission and employer applies for permit (not visa).聽聽Not sure whether her profession falls into the 6 categories which are screened for Hep B.聽聽If that is the case then she will not get a permit.
