The room is a lockable, 16 nm, sunny with a door sized window, (the room was not been in use since the last painting) in the 3. floor of the residential building (there is an elevator), which located near the Orczy square transport hub.

Heating is electrical: infra panel.

There is one flatmate - male in the another room.

Furniture in the offered room:

1 single bed ( bed linen: whatever you bring ), 2 large, and 2 smaller cabinets, a large desk, a chair, an armchair.

Common areas:

Kitchen: empty kitchen cabinets for the tenant (kitchenware - whatever you bring with yourself), shared appliances: washing machine (the machine, not the consumables), microwave, hot plates.

Shared toilet (separate), shower with sink.

Costs:

Rent: 100.000 Huf (condominium common cost and wifi included) - bargaining/ discount may be possible, mainly for folks from CIS/ FSU countries.

Utilities: electricity and water - half (50%) of the consumption in KW/ m3 (safe to say over 40.000 Huf/ month in winter the 50% of that)

Yes utilities are a different cost which is NOT included in the rent.

Initial month rent + 2 months deposit required during contract.

House rules:

- No drugs at all; nor regular drinking

- No audio at all: only with closed headset or none

- No pets (aquarium ok)

- Be silent

- Smoking (tobacco only!) allowed with regular airing

- If you fail to do basic cleaning in the commonly used areas then that will be done with extra cost

- Consumables (like washing powder, shower gel, toilet paper, etc is not shared)

- No guest
