We are on the silent street, three min to Istiklal street which is the most famous and iconic boulevard of Istanbul. It is like Oxford Street in London and Las Ramblas in Barcelona.

A fully branded-new furnished in a renovated historic building, comfortably accommodating two people. There is a king size bed in the studio. The studio also has a bathroom, and kitchen. There are also bed sheets, towels, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, kettle, an airconditioner, a thirty two inc FullHD TV, kitchen utensils in the flat.

The Rent covers (includes) electricity, water, high-speed internet access, air conditioning, 24h hot water and natural gas heating. Furthermore, bi-weekly cleaning is included in the rent. This service involves changing your towels and bed sheets as well as cleaning the studio floors and bathroom.

We have a spare water tank to be used in case of water outages in the area.

It is on the ground floor and it is number one. (In Turkiye we count the floors as ground, first, second etc)
