UX/UI Design Specialist

Research and analyze user needs and market trends to improve the user experience.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, navigation maps, and high-quality visual designs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration between design and development.
Conduct usability tests and user experience analysis to improve existing interfaces.
Ensure designs are accessible and functional across all devices and platforms.
Present and defend designs to clients and stakeholders, based on data and feedback.
Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
University degree in Graphic Design, Interface Design, Digital Design, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5–20 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in creating well-designed user interfaces.
Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles, including visual hierarchy, accessibility, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Knowledge of creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes.
Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to work in an agile environment with multidisciplinary teams.
Effective communication skills and ability to receive and apply feedback.
Proficiency in English (C1 level). Additional languages are a plus.
