IT Support / Helpdesk Trainee

Your Role Will Include:
As an IT Support / Helpdesk Trainee, you'll work closely with our IT team to:
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Log and track support requests using a ticketing system
• Set up and configure new user accounts and hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices)
• Support routine maintenance and system updates
• Learn troubleshooting techniques under the guidance of experienced team members
