JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino can speak, read, and write German language
✅At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
✅Knowledgeable in Computer application
✅Computer and internet savvy
✅Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✅Amenable to work Nightshift in Alabang, Muntinlupa
✅Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
✅Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
✅Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
✅Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
✅Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant department
