JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills
➤Filipino or Foreign national who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Ability to work in an international and culturally diverse organization
➤Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
➤Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤At least 1 year of BPO experience preferably handling Healthcare account
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Responsible in assisting customer's inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
➤Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
➤Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
➤Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
➤Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
➤Accomplish other related tasks needed
