JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Can speak, read, and write Spanish and English Language
➤Filipino or Foreign national who has permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
➤Excellent oral and written communication skills
➤Experience in BPO Industry is advantage
➤Willing to work onsite in Batangas and must be amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤General customer service via calls and emails.
➤ Responding promptly to customer inquiries/concerns via calls or emails.
➤ Responsible for booking reservations, provides information about trips, and advises on local conditions
➤Providing up-to-date product and service info to customers.
➤ Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions (Call dispo & Payment trackers).
Prepare individual End of day reports.
