Description

We're looking for an experienced leader passionate about delivering exceptional Customer experiences. We are open to to Filipino candidates who want to move to Vietnam. As in the BPO industry, this position needs to work in the night shift, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery and performance of the Customer Service (CS) team, managing daily operations for a team of up to 30 staff members. Act as the primary point of contact for all personnel-related matters.
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients on all customer service-related issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvement and compliance by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service efficiency and technology use.
  • Contribute to team growth by proactively addressing challenges and fostering a supportive environment aimed at reducing staff turnover.
  • Perform additional managerial tasks and support ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).

✅ 5 years in customer service, with 3 years in a managerial role.

✅ Experience in outsourcing/BPO is a plus.

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
