• Identificar y atraer talentos clave para roles estratégicos y de alta demanda en diversos sectores. • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de búsqueda activa y directa utilizando redes profesionales, bases de datos y herramientas de abastecimiento avanzadas. • Realizar entrevistas para evaluar las competencias, habilidades y alineación cultural de los candidatos con las necesidades de la organización. • Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades organizacionales para ofrecer soluciones de talento personalizadas mediante la búsqueda de talento a través de nuestra empresa. • Asesorar a las empresas sobre las tendencias del mercado y estrategias de retención de talento. • Garantizar una experiencia excepcional para el candidato durante todo el proceso de reclutamiento. • Crear y mantener una red profesional sólida para mantener una base de datos activa de talentos potenciales. • Utilizar herramientas y metodologías de vanguardia para el reclutamiento y evaluación de talentos.
Headhunter /Talent Consultant
• Identify and attract key talent for strategic and high-demand roles across various sectors.
• Design and implement active and direct search strategies using professional networks, databases, and advanced sourcing tools.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' competencies, skills, and cultural alignment with organizational needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational needs to offer tailored talent solutions by sourcing talent through our company.
• Advise companies on market trends and talent retention strategies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Create and maintain a strong professional network to keep an active database of potential talent.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools and methodologies for recruitment and talent evaluation.
• Solid experience (5–20 years) in headhunting, executive recruitment, or talent consulting.
• Advanced skills in active search techniques (headhunting) and recruitment for specialized roles.
• Extensive knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, email tools, and job boards.
• Experience managing recruitment processes for senior and strategic positions.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments.
