Best big little city near a beach? by sekmet

Big cities don't work well with beaches. So, maybe within an hour or less by car-distance not drive time. Big little city I would define as 300 - 500k. In Luzon or Viasayans

I would agree on Bacolod - has larger provincial govt there, nice park and museums, good schools, including a branch of Lasalle (also a really excellent museum), call centres that pick up the educated, English speaking Uni population, good SM Mall ... Read More
