@Data Karchava Hai Phong is safer than Hanoi and HCMc for sure. International schools are good (Vinschool - deway -FPT) all are belong to the same system as in other big city. IT'S worth living in Hai Phog.P/s. I am a Hai Phong nitizen Good luck! Read More
