It is on the other hand very difficult to get married in Algeria. He would need a visa to go to Algeria unless he holds a Diplomatic passport. Then if I remember correctly you have to be in Algeria 21 days to marry. En savoir plus

Yes you can go from Algeria and he come from France and get married by notary in Tunisia. You have to go to your embassy in Tunis to get documentation to marry as well as what ever the process is for France. I just did this though I am American ... En savoir plus
