I don't think 40~50k will get you much in that area. It's a Japanese area so can be pricey. There are a lot of buildings in, off and around Sukhumvit 55/Thong Lor. JC Tower isn't that bad. I lived there for 4 years but I relocated to Chiang Mai. ... Read More
