Although we have diff reason for the rejection, mine was appealed last April 12 and approved on April 25. As long as reason for rejection was covered, result should be positive in 2-3 weeks time. Read More

Yes, your current employer would have to withdraw the renewal application/appeal before a new employer can apply. Of course your current employer can apply for an extension even if they plan to lay you off in a few months.This extension, is it good ... Read More
