Actually Not. When you will book your ticket the website give you indication that your iqama is expired. If you don't get indication you can book ticket and use boarding card. they will not ask your iqama at airport. Read More

yes you have to pay back. you can't go outside from kingdom on final exit until you pay the installment. They will ask you to pay your previous balance. Read More
