you can call their hotline, 920019393 and wait,as long as you have the eligibility number,just tell them you have the problem on mumaris plus(all the details of ur licensed are there) and they will just tell your previous email and retrieve it. Read More

I called several times on saudi council customer service and i find out i can still used my old prometric,you just give them your last eligibility number and they will provide ur previous email that you did input,as long as you can reset ur email. Read More
