Hello - has anyone been closely following the Real Estate situation in Bulgaria? I'm curious, as I recently scanned a few listings - not having done so for some months. It appears that land and house prices have gone up considerably??

Hi Jane I kindly hope you are wrong there?? My understanding is that foreigners (including non EU citizens) are entitled to purchase property. However non EU citizens are not entitled to buy property with land. The requirement of forming a ... Read More
