@Maddy64 hi on my experience the offence will not be mentioned but I’m afraid you maybe turned down on your first application, you then have to appeal and this is when you have to discuss the offence as I had to get a lawyer to fight my appeal ... Read More

The full offence was listed in it as it’s less than 12 years ago the offence was battery which sounds bad but it’s the lowest form of assault as in pushing someone or slapping etc, my lawyer broke the offence down as in Spain at the time ... Read More
