I am uk citizen, and own a property in Malta. I have a uk passport that entitles me to NHS uk and a EHIC. I do not have private health as not necessary. So if I go armed with my passport to St lukes and ask for a RHA form and then to the Evans ... Read More

Having just reread your reply... As I am not in receipt of a Uk pension yet, am I correct in my understanding that I just turn up at the Evans Building with my passport and bank statements, and that is enough to get an E residency card on the self ... Read More
