We are thinking about a move overseas and I am having a hard time getting past the guilt of leaving family. We have a 4 year old and I keep asking myself if we are being fair to her to take her away from family. Anyone have any thoughts?

Children see the world and anything what is in it, in a different way then we do.
When I make the big step I had the same thoughts as you.
But you can "prepare" her so the move would be a little bit less for you child.
And nowdays with all the higtechnologie you can stay in touch with friends and family every time you want.

You can see it this way: she get the change to experience something new what not every child can have and in nowtime she make some new awesome friends.
