That's awesome, so are you living there more-or-less permanently?Ìý When I was in my pre-teens, I went with my family to Crete for a week (amazing) and one of the day trips was a cruise over to Santarini (spelling?) which absolutely blew my mind!Ìý After that cruise and the trip in general, my dad and I decided that someday, somehow, we'd try to rent a sailboat down there and hop the islands for a week or two.Ìý Got some tips?Ìý Where should we go, what should we see, how long should we be there to make the most out of it?

Ìý What I like best about Paros is the pace of the lifestyle.Ìý There is little or no urgency here; the air is magical in creating relaxation.
Ìý My Greek is very elemental.Ìý The first few years I would study it in the winter then lose it in the busy tourist season when English is the common language.

To wanderlust,Ìý Yes, I live on Paros and usually take extended trips to USA or Ireland.Ìý Paros is a good central point for island hopping; easy to get to and from by flight or high speed ferry and then many islands to choose from including the incomparable Santorini.Ìý All the major islands have sailboat rental.Ìý
