Wow, surprising news to me. I guess it may be localized or a cultural thing in the country where you are, because it certainly isn't the case here in Brazil. Many of the marriages here are mixed-race (black/white) ones, not to mention all the other racial combinations we see here. In fact I'm in a mixed-race and cross cultural marriage myself. I'm a good old Canadian "snowflake" and my wife is Afro-Brazilian, we've even got a huge age difference and we're both blissfully happy. We also have a beautiful, happy and well-adjusted son who will be six years old in another month. Race has very little if anything to do with marriages here and certainly not many even give it a second thought.

I'm white (except where my skin is tanned) but my wife is a rather nice (and sexy) light brown.

I'm not subtle so stuff any racist idiot that doesn't like it.

What we really want to know is what color are the sheep???? Are they all fluffy white sheep or are there some black ones in the flock? LOL

I have never been convicted of any crime involving sheep.

Anyway, getting back on track, with the topic - it dont matter if you're black or white! I know UK is quite a multi-cultural place. There are of mixed race relationships if you look around, and it don't matter so long as you both are happy

Depends what you mean with "white" and "black".
Here in Jordan they see people who are not local as "white" and themselves "black".
"White people" in their opinion are more high standard and more beautiful and therefore most wanted...
The brides wear even white makeup  on their wedding to look more... eh... white.

The white and black i am talking of is the skin colour. Really, most blacks(Africans) loves to marry white skin lady but  the ladies do not react well. That makes me want to know more
