I would say the "sweetest" tiredness is the tiredness of soul when it loves. But the work of soul is Love & hate.

To hate is not hard work, it is easy. Too easy.

To hate is like you go down from hill very fast and break yourself.
And to love whom you can not love is like you go up to mountain.

There is a third option. Easy to love those who love. This is how to fly, to soar above the earth. But then we do not need to rest and sleep and do not have tired to sleep. Then the insomnia is simply called Life in Paradise. Any insomnia easier to turn into a life of paradise than to fight it.

The best tiredness is...

After a good work out in the gym and a long run after that. Then having that shower just before bed....thats "the best tiredness "
