more than spending time with family, you will have to spend time with ofis ppl.
But when you get retired, things become different. So better to get retired and change this daily routine. But  soon your wife may say.. "Pls find a job hon" :D

The very moment you decide and if you are unable to decide then with your retirement and even if you are a person who dont want to retire then definetly the last breathe will stop this....

Hi Ahmed, :)

The daily grind will continue until the day when you discover you can work from home.
After you work from home to help family, a day will come when you understand to work for your country welfare and for the world.
This is when your success will come up.

This routine may be for some but not for me. Never had an office job in my life and do not intend to ever have one.
Must be a boring existence but then this depends on the job and the persons personality. You can choose to make it as boring or as good as you wish by having a positive attitude.

There are probably millions of people in the world who would give their right arm to have such a job as you describe.

Hi Kathy, :)
This is an option and an advice, but not the solution.
It is sad to take a break from something you do not like and even sadder to have to return to it refreshed Â….
The real answer is somewhere else: it lies buried deeply in a secret place which the mind of Tom, Dick and Harry cannot find.

Hi Farhaz, :)

When working from home (mostly from a corner in the living-room), the title of this thread 'From Home to Office and from Office to Home' will become 'The hassles of going from bedroom to living-room and back'.  :D

If you say that I'm am hinting at the destructive tendency of human mind to always complain more than rejoice, yes, you are correct.

If you do not say that, sorry, you are on your own.

I didn't exactly say that, but what you say is absolutely correct in my opinion. Never satisfied with what we have ... But that perhaps is the reason we achieve, invent, build, etc., new things.
