procella

Hi all, i assume many people work abroad in this website and some of you know about work permit procedures.
Any tips to get it easier?
I check some online job offerings abroad and most want "work permit for non-EU citizens."

You have not taken the time to read and understand the post by procella.
The OP is asking for information on how to get such a permit/visa easier.

Unfortunately there is no 'easy' way to get them. This is because of the vast numbers of immigrants arriving in Europe now.
Each European country has it's own set of rules and procedures for getting jobs, permits, visas etc.

So you would need to research each country to get information about these procedures.

Just to back up Stumpy's point of view: about the only way a foreigner could get a Permit to work in Europe these days is to be much better qualified (either academically or by experience, or both) than an EU candidate for the job. The only exception I can think of is that some nations may still welcome short-term workers from outside the EU; for instance, the UK allows young people from selected British-Commonwealth nations to do vacation jobs.
