Hi,
I'm Singaporean.
I was in Angola last July on business and did not encounter any problems. I think it's safer than South Africa.

The only problem is that it's Luanda is an expensive city, especially the hotels. Average of US$400 / nite..

I will be back in Angola this July. In fact I'm looking forward to it.
