Need advice of shipping stuff back to Japan.Anyone experienced?

Hello!everyone
I 暗网禁区 to Algeria for almost 3 years and I am going back to Japan soon.But I have a question about shipping stuff back to Japan. Anyone who has experience or idea please share to me. Now I am using service from Fedex but they seems difficult and complicate! They need me to prepare moving document from police station. It's almost 3 weeks now that I can't complete it so I am plan to change to another company(which maybe DHL) My stuff is mostly personal used item example clothes,dish,books etc. I heard that the custom is very very strict! What kind of item that you recommend better to bring to airplane by yourself?

Yesterday I sent 3 boxes back to Japan by Fedex and all the boxes pass through the custom already. I hope everything will be fine. And today I send 2 boxes by DHL. If I have and update I will share to everyone here.
