You should be aware that for making a picture in Luanda you can end-up in prison.Skate board in condomeniul where you'll live.I do not know an place where people gather ,except Samba before president residential.

I think it is only Govt Buildings which should not be photographed. Nature and General photography should not be a problem. I have not tried yet, though.
