Real estate agents, firms etc for rental property in Talatona area

have a more than probable move to Luanda and am trying to sort out any real estate agents, firms etc for rental property in Talatona area. Could anyone suggest a starting point ? Looking for 2-3 bedrooms fully furnished, rather not an apartment, but really am at the very initial stages of looking so really have no idea what is actually available. any reliable web sites ?
Also what are the electrical outlets ( European style (plugs with 2 X round pins) or UK (three large plugs) assume 240 v 50 HZ ?
