I heard that it starts from 300000000 fcfa to 400000000 fcfa.....in dollars divide it by 500 average rate...............600000 usd to 800000 usd
This is not the exact price might be less or more i don't know but i will let you know the exact price...........

Ok thats alot I was more thinking of 200000 euros if not I think it would be better to buy ground and let it build for less, what do u think?

When you are planning to come here ? And as per your budget you can buy a ground three times more than the area you will get in this area and build a villa with a lot of things inside with same amount, so for me i will not choose to buy a villa in tchikobo .........any way once you decided inform me i will arrange everything for you if you are interested in building a house here............
