i think Open account is very easy use the passport and copy of it for open it
or Egyptian driving license
the best bank in my opinion is CIB ( it has very good Internet banking service ) but the bank which has many ATM machines at Egypt is NBE National bank of Egypt
about loans i think it is very difficult for °µÍø½ûÇø

To open a bank account as an °µÍø½ûÇø you should have a valid residency visa for minimum 6 month. Some banks as HSBC, if you open a bank account for the first time with them, will ask for some data about your previous bank accounts as i remember.
