I will be in Egypt next week.... i will share my experience when I will return

Well actually i live in Egypt, so i will tell you this. It is Safe specially in Cairo and Alexandria, but i don't recommend travelling form city to the other at night. Welcome to Egypt and i wish you all an adventurous and a good vacation. Cheers.

I am a foreigner in Egypt, and its very safe. I've been travelling between cities a little and have not experienced any problems.

although Im a muslimah who blends in with the locals, I should add that I have met other ethnic groups travelling without trouble through Egypt.

Check with local taxi drivers/ hotel reception etc, if there are any local protests  and such, and just avoid those areas.

I forgot to mention, if travelling to outer, more deserted cities make sure you travel with a large group, its just safer just in case, God forbid, anything happens.

Egypt is Always safe , and not because im an Egyptian and im advertizing for my country , but the real situation here its safe , and i would recommend Cairo , Alexanderia , Hurgada , Sharm elsheik , aswan , Luxur
Travelling between cities should be by private transportation or authorized agencies if you are a visitor i mean tourist .
