1. the "fruit bomb" i think just one place in cairo has it. but its various mashed fruits like mango, strawberry banana and more..with custard and cream..

2. the ramadan treat, katayef.

3. mashi cromb (vegetarian cabbage rolls )

4. bachemel macarona ( egyptian lasagna)

5. koshary

That's a little sad. Out of the 27views of this topic, only one person can list 3 delicious dishes  in Egypt?

If you start with your favourites, maybe you will have more reactions. Also you have posted this only yesterday afternoon...

i dont remember the name of my favorite egyptian food i been so long outside egypt

3.Grilled or fried Tilapia fish and sayadeya rice
4.Alexandrian liver

well there is an egyptian stew like that in a red tomato sauce. served with the egyptian rice a roni. lol

the fatta had bread pieces in it i think.

Yes roqaq mean like lyers of miced meat or chicket but not like konafa

1- Mahshi. Mahshi is always No.1!
2- Mouloukhia (at my home it is at least 1 time per week coz my daughter is crazy about it. Just like me)
3- Roz khalta wxith nuts

But actually i would say more... fishes are terrible here!
